Course 4 – Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a complex disease, which makes it important you are prepared when you have a conversation with your rheumatologist. This course focuses on a very specific time point in your journey with AS; the time you spend in your rheumatologist’s office.

Each Lesson is designed to give you the key facts or “speaking points” to cover during your appointments with your rheumatologist and in your daily life with family, friends or co-workers. The Lesson Plan starts with information and tips on fine tuning your communication and listening skills and ends with information on how to manage your world with AS in between your appointments.

The Lessons in this course focus on strategies for positive communication with your rheumatologist about your ankylosing spondylitis.

The Lesson and Lesson Coaching Video will be available for your viewing at your own pace. The Lesson Coaching Video is available in English with French subtitles.
