JointHealthTM Education courses are user friendly and can typically be completed in approximately 30-60 minutes.

  • Each course contains 3-6 Lessons, and each Lesson has two components: a Lesson reading, followed by a Lesson Coaching Video
  • Each Lesson takes approximately 10 minutes to complete
  • You can complete all the Lessons at your own pace

When you complete the course, you will be invited to access other research-based information sources.

Throughout the JointHealthTM Ed course materials, we refer to “your rheumatologist” because typically rheumatologists are the medical experts managing patients’ arthritis, versus a “physician” who manages patients’ general health concerns. However, the lessons provide information that will likely help you in your conversations with all the different types of medical professionals you may need to see throughout your life with arthritis.
